The Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled for March 11, 2024 at 6:30 pm. The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect three new members to the Board of Directors, reviewing 2023 financials and discussing 2024 plans. The meeting will be held online. Instructions for the meeting are below. You can review the meeting documents below.
If Quorum of 25% of homeowners is not met at the 6:30pm meeting, we will adjourn and reconvene the meeting at 6:45pm in order to reach the required, reduced quorum.If you cannot attend the meeting and do not wish to vote online, you may complete the attached proxy or fill it out on the association website.All proxies must be turned in by March 10, 2024 at 5:00pm to Ryan Smith at ryan@legacysouthwestpm.com. No proxies will be accepted after this time. All proxies will be validated.

As there will not be an in-person meeting, no floor nominations will be taken. Enclosed with this notice is a candidacy form. The form should be completed for each person who would like to run for a position on the Board of Directors. The form must be received by March 9, 2024 and will be posted to the website. For those candidates that timely submit a form, your name will be placed on the ballot. The election will be held online on the association’s website. Voting will open after the conclusion of the annual meeting and will take place for 24 hours. We anticipate releasing results of the election within 72 hours of when voting ends.
