In accordance with the Bylaws for Fort Worth Fort Worth Stone Creek Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc. you are hereby given notice that the 2020 Annual Meeting is being scheduled for October 22, 2020 at 7:00pm. The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect a new Board of Directors, review 2019 and 2020 business, and discuss future plans for the HOA. The association will be electing five (5) members to the Board of Directors. With the outbreak of COVID-19, this meeting will be held via Zoom. Instructions to attend the meeting are attached. Please allow several minutes to log into the meeting as registration to Zoom is required for this meeting. In the event quorum is not reached at the 7:00 pm meeting, the meeting will be adjourned until 7:10pm. If quorum is not reached at 7:10 pm then the meeting will be adjourned until 7:20 when quorum will be obtained.

Due to this being an online meeting and election no floor nominations will be taken. Candidacy forms were previously submitted. Online voting will open after the completion of the annual meeting. Voting will remain open for 24 hours. The Association anticipates posting election results within forty-eight hours of the annual meeting.
